Country Specific Laws:
United Kingdom - no restrictions on use of electronic cigarettes.
United States - no restrictions on use of electronic cigarettes.
European Union - no restrictions on use of electronic cigarettes.
Netherlands- no restrictions on use of electronic cigarettes but advertising of it is banned.
Australia - ban on the sale of electronic cigarette cartridges in the province of Victoria. The ban only affects the cartridges, not the actual device.
Hong Kong - the sale of electronic cigarettes is banned.
Denmark - the sale of electronic cigarettes is legal, but there is a ban on the nicotine cartridges themselves. |
